I'm thrilled to be associated with many of the professionals that I deal with on a daily basis in this business. But there is no one I am thrilled with more than Ruth Falcone of Trident Mortgage Company. Full disclaimer, Trident Mortgage Company is owned by Prudential Fox & Roach, but I personally receive no benefit for recommending her services to my clients. Why do I do it then? Because she gets the job done. Just last month, an agent who's client agreed to buy one of my listings had chosen to use a lender that wasn't able to get the loan to close. I suggested to this other agent (not a Prudential Fox & Roach agent) that her client give Ruth a call to see what Ruth could do for the buyer. The buyer REALLY wanted this house so he was willing to give Ruth a call. What had taken this other lender 2 months to NOT get done, Ruth was able to get done in 10 business days. It took her 10 days because that is what is required by law, she would have had it done quicker if she was legally able to. This isn't the 1st time that Ruth has come to the rescue for one of my listings, just the most recent. If you are looking for a mortgage lender that will get the job done and listen to what you want then do not hesitate to give Ruth a call. She is able to offer great rates and with closing costs lower than pretty much everyone out there, there is no reason not to.
